THE UNIVERSAL STRINGING BLOCK
The most versatile conductor universal stringing block ever made. Can be used in suspension utilizing a high strength, hot dipped galvanized socket connector; or, used on crossarms thru 5″ x 6″ in five positions. 100% positive locking spring loaded head pin assembly has large loop for hot stick operation.

DESIGN
Can be used in suspension utilizing a high strength, hot-dipped galvanized socket connector.
SIZING
7 in. with a maximum 1-3/4 in.O.D. of conductor. Maximum working load 2,500 lbs. Used on crossarms from 5 x 6 in. to 9 1/2 x 7 in. positions with Fastrap® or crossarm bracket. Can be mounted vertically, or at various angles on a crossarm.
CONFIGURATION
One sheave. Light but extremely rugged. Sheave and cross arm bracket base are heat-treated permanent mold castings. 100% positive locking spring-loaded head pin assembly has large hook for hot stick operation. Low friction sealed ball bearings are lubricated for life of block under normal conditions.
OPTIONS
Four material options available for sheave/groove linings: polished-groove aluminum, urethane on aluminum, ductile iron, and nylon. Ductile iron is optimal for unusually rugged applications due to its resistance to abrasion. Additional fittings and accessories include: noose ball fitting, #1 hook, #1 hook with safety latch, #6 oval eye, #8 clevis, or a #3030 Y-clevis, pole mounting brackets, pole top bracket, adjustable insulator adapter, horizontal line post adapter, grounding stud, and a 1210 adapter.
