PT-3000H PULLER TENSIONER – HERITAGE SERIES

Safety, ergonomics, and reliability meet with ease of use. The PT-3000H puller tensioner Heritage unit blends old-school operator feel with the latest technology. The open-air operator’s station provides a wide field of view, with an adjustable ergonomic seat and an adjustable footrest.

A newly designed canopy protects the operator from sun and rain as well as broken pulling lines. The Easyway Platform Path provides a more open platform for the operator to move about the platform for reel/drum changes.

CAPABILITY

Pulling: 3,100 lbs pulling force (rated at top of drum).

Tensioning: 2,000 lbs. Hydraulic low-force tension down to 100 lbs.

DRUM CAPACITY

66 in. diameter/40 in. width comes standard with 6000 ft. of ⅝ inch PE-12 rope. Maximum Weight: Dynamic – Over the Road – 4,000 lbs. | Static – Jacks Extended – 6,000 lbs.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

Direct Drive: single hydraulic motor with quick and easy X-change^™ bolt action drum coupling, driven by a Turbocharged, Tier-4 Final, diesel, 49 Hp, water-cooled Kubota^™ engine.

OPERATOR’S STATION

Safe-Zone cab provides wrap-around protection for the operator and includes an ergonomic Heritage control panel and adjustable seat.
