CRS-68/44 – 8,000 LBS. CAPACITY Reel Stand

Constructed of high-strength steel tubing, this single-reel stationary reel stand can handle a maximum reel weight of 8,000 lbs. With anchor rings and grounding bars at each corner, and a reinforced truss on a rectangular base, this reel stand measures 5 ft. long by 7 ft. 5 in. wide (including payout brake) and 4 ft. 6 in. high.

CAPABILITY

Single reel. Maximum reel size 68 in. OD x 44 in. wide. 8,000 lbs. Fully static at full width.

OPERATION

Disc-caliper payout brake for controlled tail-tension. With purchase of hydraulic retriever* package, quick-disconnect hydraulic fittings allow for rapid set up.

*Hydraulic Retriever Performance: Approximately 20,000 in-lb at 7 GPM and 2,000 PSI. Do not exceed 12 GPM and 3,000 PSI.

CONFIGURATION

Frame configuration is a reinforced truss on a rectangular base. Constructed with structural-grade steel tubing with anchor rings and grounding bars at each corner.

OPTIONS

Can be used with optional RDG-2100 Rotating Distribution Ground, DG-4100 Running Ground, or a Hydraulic Retriever.
