Return Goods Policy - Sherman + Reilly

  • All returned materials must be authorized within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Customer must be in good credit standing with Sherman + Reilly to be applicable to return materials.
  • All returned materials must be in new and saleable condition and in their original packaging.
  • No returned materials will be accepted without an accompanying Returned Materials Authorization from the factory.
  • Customer pays return freight. Please ship authorized returns to: Sherman + Reilly, 409 West 34th Street, Chattanooga, TN 37410. Reference Returned Materials Authorization number.
  • All Returned Materials Authorizations not received at S+R within 30 days of the Returned Materials Authorization date are void.
  • Credit will be issued for returned goods with a 25% restocking charge on all returns.

Nonreturnable parts include but are not limited to electrical components, hydraulic components, goods cut to length (hose, wire, tubing, etc.), opened kits (seal kits, gasket kits, etc.), literature, and made to order parts.

Distributors

All goods are sold on a firm sale basis, i.e. the Seller will not take back any goods not required or sold by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed, in which case, the terms set forth in the Returned Goods Policy apply.
