V-GROOVE PULLER TENSIONER | PULLING CAPACITY 7,000 LBS.

The Sherman+Reilly® Revolution Series PTV-4807 puller tensioner/ reconductorer is a single unit delivering 7,000 lb of pulling force and tensioning from 300 to 5,000 lb. The 48-inch bullwheels provide constant tension and handle transmission class conductors at speeds up to 4 mph. The PTV-4807 also features a reconductoring V-groove application for “wrecking-out” old conductor and a a self-loading reel stand capable of supporting a 85H inch by 60W inch reel, up to 10,000 lb.

KEY FEATURES

CAPABILITY

Can deliver 7,000 lbs of pulling force and tensioning force from 300 to 5000 lbs with 48” bullwheels. The PTV-4807 also features a reconductoring V-groove application for “wrecking-out” old conductors.

Fully direct-drive hydraulic system with a built in fail-safe brake, powered by a 74 hp DEUTZ™ diesel T4F engine.

DRUM CAPACITY

Self-loading reel stand capable of supporting a 85H inch by 60W inch reel, up to 10,000 lb.

OPERATOR’S STATION

Features a Safe-Zone® Cab for the safety and comfort of the operator with a floor to ceiling polycarbonate front window for excellent visibility and protection. The cab includes climate control, an adjustable ergonomic seat, and all required electronic controls and gauges.
