Tyler Hicks is the director of finance at Sherman+Reilly, leading financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support operational excellence and long-term growth. He joined the company in 2025. Prior to Sherman+Reilly, Tyler served as director of finance and accounting at Fillauer and spent several years in heavy machinery manufacturing in progressive leadership roles, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and process improvement. Tyler is a Certified Public Accountant with over 14 years of experience in finance and accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting / Finance and MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
