Tim Hanson graduated from Miami University in 2011 with dual bachelor's degrees in mechanical and manufacturing engineering. He joined Sherman and Reilly in 2016, where he has since led the development of numerous high-profile projects, revitalizing the company’s product line and enhancing its position in the market. Before working at Sherman and Reilly, Hanson gained experience at Textron Defense Systems, Bell Helicopter and Jacobsen. In 2024, he was promoted to director of engineering.
