Shawn Webb is the director of sales. He started his Sherman + Reilly career in the grind shop and worked his way up through the company to his current role after multiple roles in the company, including grinder, welder, master scheduler, plant supervisor, transmission sales specialist, and regional sales manager. His primary role is managing and overseeing the sales operation, including planning sales goals, developing strong customer relationships, and evaluating costs for products and services. Shawn has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a United States Marine Corps veteran.
