Norman joined the company in May 2020 as its chief financial officer responsible for finance, human resources, and IT. He was promoted to chief operating and financial officer in December 2020, adding service, operations, and supply chain to his responsibilities. His primary focus has been developing a strong financial reporting system, increasing throughput of product, ensuring profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and safety. Prior to joining Sherman + Reilly, Norman was the executive vice president and CFO of Profile Holdings Inc. for 23 years, a family-owned automotive manufacturing business with locations in four states. Norman received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Martin. He is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Tennessee and a United States Naval Submarine veteran.
