Mackenzie Meincke is the supply chain manager in charge of purchasing, sourcing, and quality and supports system and data management. She worked as a buyer and master scheduler from 2015 to 2017 before leaving for HD Electric, where she worked in planning, later becoming the operations manager. Subsequently, she was a planning manager at Appleton Electric while integrating MRP systems at business units in the U.S. and Mexico. Since returning in 2020, she’s created a supply chain program that values supplier relationships and continuous improvement, built company-wide processes, and developed a quality department, all while supporting business growth and 100% on-time delivery. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in supply chain and operations management, finance and risk management and insurance from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
