Jake Zafiros joined the company in 2018. As plant manager, he oversees operations and facilities. Over the last six years, he has been responsible for various departments, including production, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality, inspection, and maintenance. Prior to Sherman + Reilly, he worked for Textron in various manufacturing and operations roles as a manufacturing engineer and a plant supervisor at Greenlee and the operations manager at HD Electric. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University and is pursuing his Master of Business Administration
