Curtis Shelton joined Sherman+Reilly in 2026 as Director of Information Technology after initially working with the company as a business and IT consultant. He brings more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership, business transformation, and operations, including senior leadership roles as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Operations and Transformation. Throughout his career, Curtis has led large-scale technology initiatives focused on modernizing infrastructure, improving operational performance, strengthening security and governance, and aligning technology investments with business objectives. At Sherman+Reilly, he leads IT strategy and operations, focused on building a secure, scalable technology environment that supports the company’s engineering and manufacturing operations and continued growth. Curtis holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from National University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
