The Zeck WB1800/14+7 Z366 is a Bullwheel Puller, Tensioner, and Reconductorer in a single unit delivering 2x15,750 lb. or 1x31,500 lb. of pulling and tensioning force with a maximum speed of 4 mph. The 71 in. bullwheels provide constant tension and handle transmission-class conductors. WB1800/14+7 Z366 features a fully electronic, integrated control system for precision application of force to conductors in a compact footprint providing maximum versatility.

KEY FEATURES

Capability

  • Featuring two sets of dual 71 in. bullwheels, this machine offers pulling and tensioning capacities of 2x15,750 lb. or 1x31,500 lb. Independently controlled bullwheels allow for precise adjustments and speed or tension variations. Each bullwheel is equipped with an automatically activating safety brake and automatic rope clamping system to prevent rope slippage. With Zeck’s patent pending Smart Low Tensioning System (SLTS), this machine is perfectly suited for OPGW or pilot rope applications.

Operator’s Station

  • Wireless remote control with color display offers digital real time feedback, infinite line control, and maximum tension settings to optimize productivity and safety. The on-board controller and display provide data recording, intelligent diagnostics, and fault recognition to minimize downtime and ensure compliance.

Hydraulic System

  • Direct drive motor is efficient and reliable with minimal maintenance.
