Dave Ring joined the company in November 2023 as its chief executive officer. Before joining Sherman + Reilly, Dave spent over 25 years in CEO, president, and division president roles, leading companies across various industries, from semiconductor consumables and capital equipment to temperature sensors and heaters, heavy equipment, and precious metals. He has been involved in businesses from early stage to those with revenues of over $300 million and EBITDA of over $30 million. From a financial ownership perspective, Dave has experience in public, PE-owned, VC-backed, and ESOP companies. Aside from Sherman + Reilly, Dave serves on the board of Baker Manufacturing, a portfolio company owned by Blue Sage Capital. Dave received a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from Lehigh University.
